We all have 3 strikes. Even me.

If a person is not active, as of any stat. They are considered absent. In reminence to keep this place active. Valueble positions such as Med Cat, Deputy and Leader. Those members must truly be active. For they own admin powers. Admin powers is the source that assists this site greatly.
Plus who would cure, be 2nd command and lead there clan in role play? XD

Do you understand? these arent punishments. Just simple rules XD
Besides example

Lets say I was a deputy
and I wasnt active for all 3 chances.
My character would remain in Starclan. Or I can choose to start it as a kit, apprentice or warrior.
Or I create another character. XD

Its not entirely dumb. If you think about it.
Wouldnt you like to be able to role play with people in your clan?
Or rather be alone or have only 1 or 2 people?

An admin can create groups
Since this is being a warriors site.
I entrust, leaders, deputies and med cats, with some form of power.
If they are not active they cannot assist the guests, clan members and other.
I move the cats to starclan for memory but also chances.

So basically,
the site has a team of semi - admin members.
That need to be active to assist there own clans.
Is that a little more understandable?
