Lightningkit climbed up to the second story of the Hideout. It was his most favorite place to play, and he had his own fresh-kill pile in the back. He walked to the back of the two-storied place and noticed to fresh-kill was on the empty pile. "Drat!" he muttered, a little too loud. He stiffened as he heard a creak behind him, and turned quickly. Nothing was there. He breathed a sigh of relief. Sometimes, when he was on his own, he got frightened at and slight sound or noise. He crept outside, listening for any sounds or scents of nearby prey. The trees rustled. A robin with a red breast appeared. Red as the poor thing's blood will be. he thought sympathetically. He sprang, and caught it. He took it to the back of the Hideout and ate it, looking for any of his friends. "Will anyone come?" he muttered to himself.

Nightkit bounded sneakishly out of the nursery. She entered the hideout, that was covered with brambles. Which hid the enterance well. She saw an apprentice there. She bounded over to a shadow, and looked out the hole in the roof. She then saw the fresh kill. She looked at it. I thought the fresh kill was up in the clan area. Not down here, unless someone is stealing? Could it be a warrior disobeying a code? She pondered for a moment and decided to go find someone as she made her way to the enterance, her black pelt hiding her body after each step.

(( meh. Im not exactly sure Leafy. Wouldnt the warriors be a little off if a shadowclan kit was in our camp? lol ))
Nightkit spotted Spottykit. She waved her tail to signal her over to come over. " Lightning, shouldnt you be putting that somewhere so everyone can share it? " She meowed as she watched the tom.

Lightningkit looked at his paws. "Well, yes. I should be putting this somewhere where everyone could share it. But if the river ever flooded, and we had to be here, wouldn't there be prey here already so we wouldn't starve? That's what I'm doing." Lightningkit shuffled his paws and looked at the slightly younger kit nervously. He picked a mouse up and placed it in front of her. "Will you share with me?" he licked her ear, but then he noticed another scent. He turned around. "ShadowClan!" he hissed, unsheathing his claws.

Nightkit felt all funny inside from the moment before Lightningpaw scented another clan nearby. She zoned back in, to see what was going on. " Shadowclan? I know some of the other kits from then.. I have a friend who i see. But she wouldnt have came here... would she? " She thought silently. Nightkit moved a bit closer to Lightningpaw, staying somewhat behind him incase the intruder was more than they thought.

sharpkit was looking around and saw all the cats and thought he was in trouble so he quickly hid in a bramble bush and waited.
